Returning to Delhi

What a week. After two days in Uttar Pradesh trawling for testimony, we return to a Delhi whose air has decidedly taken a turn, signalling fall and worse, the season of toxic air. But with the car windows down, the nighttime frangipani floods in, competing mightily against the scents of solid waste and diesel fumes.
