Argentine Congress Approves Accord with Iran

A controversial "memorandum of understanding" between Argentina and Iran to create a special "truth commission" to investigate a 1994 bombing of a Jewish center in Buenos Aires won congressional approval in Buenos Aires early Feb. 28, as I briefly report in The New York Times.
